Rest Day: Acronyms (list)

Following the TdF, one learns acronyms as one goes along.

Some are easy:
TT = time trial
TTT = team time trial

Some are more obscure:
MTF = (I assume) mountain top finish
PD = Podium Dolly

Some are names:
KAA = Kurt-Asle Arvesen
EBH = Edvald Boasson Hagen
LA = Lying Cheating Bullying Yank

Then there's nicknames - much harder
Spartacus - Fabian Cancellara
Silent Assassin - Denis Menchov
El Pistolero - Alberto Contador
Looks Like Shit - Viatcheslav Vladimirovich Ekimov

Please add some more acronyms / nicknames to a rest-day thread.

I've only been following the Tour since 2005 but I've never head of any of those.

Unique to the Tour, something called the 3WF.

Wasn't it a couple of years ago, during the Tours final stage, that Eurosport asked viewers to
give nicknames to riders?
The one that seems to have stuck, was again Denis "The Pope" Menchov.

I think when he joined Sky his name got anglicised on certain forums (no names, no pack drill) to Edward Biggles-Holden so he would fit in with the English profile of the team !

I think in part a reference to his prickly performance with a reporter while cuddling his leader's lion. He had a broken collarbone IIRC.
