Some kind of Universal Bike, serial number missing, no police tracking codes, stickers gone, ladies frame style, 18" in silver and white paint, hand-built, possibly toy-r-us origin. Steel frame judging by the handling, weight and rust 
Crank, chain and gearset all in good condition except they are not rotating. Both brakes with new pads hardly any wear, but only seem to work when I put my feet down, possible due to both brake cables being disconnected. All parts look to be original and genuine Universal parts with little or no wear.
If this is your treasured bike, contact me as soon as possible, otherwise it's an allen key and an hour away from being a usable spare bike for the kids that might end up stolen / abandoned again.
