felt vitrue 3 suspension problems

has above,having problem that the rear triangle bolts to the frame are coming lose,have had locktight put on all screw threads and yet they still come undone after being ridden,

i see that you can buy a new fitting kit with bearings/spacer and bolts for the felt but can only find this in the usa.

would it be a good idea to strip down and re-build with all new bits,?

any help would be grateful

TBH talk to your Felt dealer as this sounds like something is rather wrong and I would have thought they would be issuing a fix before someone gets hurt.
