Looking at getting a non Black Chili Baron for the rear to go with my Black Chili Baron on the front. How do the two compounds compare? Is the non Black Chili horrible or is it still ok?

    they aren't the best around thats for sure, although tbh I havent really ever got on with barons the few times I tried them, and despite the fact my uni club is sponsored by conti, I still dont use them :lol:

    I've used non black-chilli race kings, and Gravity tyres in the past, and they gripped ok, but one of the strange things I found is that they aren't as tough - the rocks here would literally remove chunks out of them.
    They also don't roll anywhere near as well as black chilli tyres.

    That's interesting they are slower and not as tough, maybe I'm better off just carrying on using the Ardents I am at the moment.
