XT M785 Disc brakes/Goodridge Braided Hoses

Hi Guys
I have just fitted Shimano XT M785 Disc brakes to my 2012 Stumpjumper FSR, I have read that the hoses that they use have a smaller bore than standard Shimano hoses, with this in mind does this mean that I cant fit Goodridge Braided Hoses to the brakes, can anyone offer any info or advice please

Aside whether they'd fit or not, I wouldn't fit those hoses anyway - you will add weight and get no performance increase whatsover.0

the goodridge hoses would fit though. I fitted a Saint m810 hose to an m785 caliper and they feel exactly the same as the brake with the original hose. I used the fittings that came with the saint hose and all was well.0
