just done 106 miles wanted to do it before im 51 it took me 7 hrs the last 6 where like 50 miles lol, wont be doing over a 100 again lol

    I did my longest yesterday too. 50 miles, average speed 15.7mph, elevation of 3477ft and was I glad when I turned onto my street to get home!!

    Good work.

    While we are all showing off :-) I rode 141 miles (on a beand new saddle) last Sunday mainly in the rain. Have told nearly everyone I know since then ! Need a target for next year now.

    Well done its a great feeling you know that you have done that first 100 mile run... i did my first 100 miles a couple of weeks ago at 47 .... now trying to do regularly high mileage now did 78 miles last Sunday, Tuesday 30 miles, Thursday 38 miles then yesterday Saturday did 92 miles.... now having a couple of days off....knackerd
