Chainset upgrade

Currently running Campag Centaur ultra torque chainset, initially was looking at upgrading to the equivalent carbon chainset or power torque. I'm assuming with the power torque I will require new external cups?
The next option was 2nd hand, possibly Chorus ultra torque.
Or what has just caught my eye is the Rotor 3D cranks, I'm assuming as long as the BCD is correct I can use my existing Campag chainrings? (110 BCD for a compact campag chainset?)
Absolute maximum budget is £200.
Thanks.

I have stumbled across this fsa chainset.. I don't know much about it, but seems to be very light and includes BB.

I'd only bother upgrading if the chainset you have is knackered. You wont notice any benefits from spending £200 on a chainset - but you might notice if you spent that extra on better tyres or wheels for example.0

The K-force you link to is stiff, light and has a ceramic bb (if that interests you). You need to make sure you use pedal washers though as earlier models had some pedal inset issues, where the insert would come loose. I've used K-force on several bikes with no issues, all working very well.
That said, spending £200 on great tyres, decent saddle and handlebars would make much more of a difference to a ride.0 -

I've ordered one up so will see what it is like when it turns up.
That is the first i have heard of pedal washers. Are these essential? Any links to what i might need most appreciated.

My carbon chainset came with pedal washers. You don't want the pedals digging into the carbon.0

Perfect, this should help fix my cycling buying bug for the moment then.0
