Guessing you need a cone spanner and a 17ish mm for the locknut.

I tried disassembling a hub without the proper tools (cone spanners) and it went fine.

Then I got to the hard part - putting it back together! It's pretty much impossible to hold the cone in place while tightening the locknut without cone spanners. You'll either end up with the cone in too tight (and wreck the bearings/stop the wheel from spinning freely) or the locknut will be too loose (and there will be play in the hub and the locknut can come undone).

Long story short  I'd get the proper tools! And its easier to regrease the bearings if you take the disc rotor off. It will stop them from getting contaminated too.
