.. do please check out Re~Cycle. In 9 days I'll be taking on Ironman and I'm doing my bit to raise some awareness of these guys. Financial support would be great but even better spare bike parts/tools or whole bikes!

They even have drop off points that include London Embankment..

    Great - I have a set of wheels I was about to get rid of (basic and not worth much but still work fine, I just don't have room for two spare sets) - hopefully this is a win/win :)
