Hi,
Could be going to pick up a 2011 GT Avalanche 3.0 hydro tommorow, just wondered what anyone thought about it? Good deal at £300 for v.good condition bike? I know its last years model but guy says he only bought it few months ago, pictures do seem to back this up

Ah, in the other thread I thought you'd bought it new. I don't think it is worth £300 2nd hand. I wouldn't pay more than £200 for that.0

Cheapest online that I can see is £410 new, so as long as it's in great condition its a good deal in my eyes. Bear in mind he's said the hydro version, which is a fair bit more. I don't know of a bike with the same spec for that price new.0 -

I have one for my first bike, as said would only pay 200, they are good first starter bikes but you will want to upgrade, mine is only 5 months old and selling it for 200 just to give u a price guide0
