Which Hybrid to buy?

Hi there,
I recently had to sell my Saracen Pylon 3 which I'm quite sad about. I'm now looking to replace it with a similar type of bike but I can't find what I'm looking for.
I want something with the same upright sitting position, internal hub gears (3 is plenty), and fairly chunky tyres so I can take it off-road occasionally.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
