Wiggo's visor

He started the TT wearing a visor thingy, but it was gone by the end.

Anyone know how/why it happened?

    According to commentary, he tore it off on the first climb....
    But that was Phil & Paul, so it could have been anything!

    Someone asked Chris Boardman on twitter what the reason was and Wiggins actually replied "blew off, stuck with magnets". Guess they'll be using superglue for the final TT then :lol:

    Be very surprised if blew off. Not impossible that it got steamed/sweated up and became a hindrance.

    Err why would he lie? Possibly it had steamed and he'd tried to clear it a bit and dislodged it slightly but if he threw it off deliberately I'm sure he'd just have tweeted that. Given the speeds and rough roads in some sections I wouldn't put it outside the bounds of possibility it did just straight come off.
