Good customer service

Hi,
Just thought I would give some credit to Cotswolds for what I think is good customer service. Have a Lowe Alpine rucksack which I bought over a year ago & managed to pull the zip off it the other day (basically frustration as it was caught on the material & it was pi$$ing down at the time). Anyway Cotswolds gave me a brand new rucksack even though it was outside the warranty period & was not really a warranty issue anyway. Better than most would do I would say. Works though as I will think of them 1st when I have another purchase to make for sure.
