so france TOPO map is 260 quid!!!!!!

Anyone have any experience of a cheap outlet or know and alternative to get france mapping (really looking for all of france as I'm travelling to alps, pyrenees, loire and lott so need the whole thing really)

Do the OpenStreetMaps cover France?

Google open source maps for France and you'll find several options. I put some on my 705 for the Lot, Dordogne and then the Pyrenees and they were free. If I find the link I'll post it up...
