Routes on Dartmoor

Can anyone recommend me and a couple of friends a good route on Dartmoor?
Looking for a route with plenty technical single track descents and a route lasting around 6 hours.
Never been to Dartmoor so any information/help is greatly appreciated!

    Best option is to get a copy of the dartmoor off road map. It shows all the allowed routes on dartmoor.
