DT Swiss AM1900 wheels/hubs

Hi, my wheels are feeling and sounding particularly crunchy, the wheels in question being DT Swiss AM1900 which I believe are a Canyon Bikes specific wheel.
These wheels:

I would like to service the hubs myself but do not know how, the manual that came with them being no help.
Any ideas how I proceed?
The front wheel is 15mm thru axle and looks nothing like a cup and cone style hub which I am kind of familiar with although I’ve never serviced one.
The rear wheel is standard quick release.
Any help? Tech Tuesdays or nice step by step videos would be great.

Im guessing that the hubs are dt350s? The ones on x1700 wheels look almost identical to the pics of the 350s online.
If they are, should be able to find a service guide somewhere.0
