They look stunning IMO, have a search on the 'your ride' section. I know of at least one in there. (also depends on what model etc your talking about).

We have Norco bikes for rent at the bike park I work in.

Depending which ones you are looking at I can confirm that the Fluid is a decent enough xc bike, the Truax is a good looking and riding freeride bike and the Aurum is a fast and fun DH bike.

The sight/revlver and others I have only seen in passing but all look very well thought out and put together. Some nice little touches, I thought they were perhaps a little under specced for the price but others seemt o feel they are decent VFM so maybe I am out of touch or they are higher price/lower spec in canada.

I have rode the Sight 2 & Aurum 2. Both are really great bikes. I rode the Sight back to back with a Giant Trance X2 and was very surprised that the Norco is actually much better than the Giant.
I came very close to buying the Aurum 2. It was just Hotlines & Bad Ass Bikes pre sale service which convinced me to buy the Nukeproof Scalp Pro instead.
  • Thanks for the replies.
Im looking at this and think Im going to have a test ride on it.

Although Norco make good bikes now there are much better bikes at this sort of price range. Voodoo, Boardman & Rockrider are much better value. Although you linked to a womens specific bike it's worth trying mens bikes, none of the women I ride with have womens specific bikes. You might just need to change the saddle & fit a shorter stem.
  • Problem is Im quite small with a short torso. The Boardman at 15" will be too big, otherwize i'd get one in a shot.

They're Canadian, and have a much larger prescence over there. Whilst they're quite a small name in the UK, they're still pretty well respected.
  • ello there.i recently purchased a norco nitro 6.2 and all i can say is that its the nicest ride ive ever had.nice on the road then soon as it touches the rough,it opens up and turns into a beast.it pushed me beyond my limits and now im havin loads of fun and gettin fitter at the same time.cheers norco for perfecting an awesome cross country bike.peace out. :D
