Adding a 30T chainring to FSA vero 50/34 compact

I wanted to change to a triple crankset and was wondering if it would be possible to simply add a 30 tooth chain ring onto the inside?

Is it this simple and does anyone have a link to where I could get one?

It's a little more complcated than that. You'll need a triple chainset and possibly a new bottom bracket as well. New front shifter too, and probably a new front derailleur.
