My finger went through it on first use. just split from the inside out!!! You can see where the ply has just torn apart from the inside, obviously a manufacturing fault!!
I rang Andrex, they didn't want to know, they didn't make the stuff and they had the cheek to ask if I'd cut my fingernails recently!!!
I'll send it back to them....., when I can be bothered to find a plastic bag.
And a stamp.

Don't bother with the plastic bag. Just treat it like a postcard, address it, put a stamp on ( make sure the queen is looking away from the poopy stain or you may end up in the tower) and pop it straight into the postbox. You will be doing a great public service if there is a faulty batch out there.0
