Slippiest Welsh mud i've ever come accross. So i'll blame that for the slowness

Looks fun! I need to get up there soon. Have you ever ridden Foel Gasnach? I'm only at uni in Bangor from autumn to spring, so it looks like that constantly! Really good for getting used to riding steep wet roots and mud!

I'm crap at jumping anyway! One of the biggest reasons I wasn't trying to go any quicker over them is no goggles. It was so muggy they kept steaming up but as soon as I got onto the surfaced jump track and picked up speed all the mud started flicking up off the tyres like mad. I've only got one working eye so it's quite easy to get blinded by a chunk of mud!

Less scary when you can't see what you're going to hit :D the thing I struggle most with is riding in the woods when its really sunny and you get loads of dappled light on the floor. Can't see for sh1t then, apart from that I do ok

Lol I can't see then either :p I'd have been more worried about depth perception, does that not bother you?

    Too right,

have you tried Muc-Off Anti fog spray on the goggles?, it works a treat on mine, tried loads of others and they were s**t.

I've actually just ordered some today funnily enough, Didn't know muck off did it. I've used some stuff for diving masks before that was ok but left big smears.

I'm off to morzine next week and revolution again this saturday so i'll report back when i've tried it out!
