How can I get Lance Legs?

My legs have defiantly toned since I've been cycling, but never really impressive like bulging veins, gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior. I do a lot of hiking with heavy bergen so I would like bigger muscles to give me more power aswell as really good cardio.

Yea if anyone can recommend a diet, exercise anything that can help get arnie legs would be great.

    That's been photoshopped. I cycled with Lance last year in Dornoch and his legs did not look like that!

    Depends on your body type.

    If you naturally carry more fat you're going to struggle.. which means a strict diet, lots of training etc.

    It's as much or more due to extremely low body fat than to the muscles themselves.

    Incidentally, Marcel Wust's legs are looking even more spectacularly defined than usual in this month's ProCycling (the one where he's testing the Dogma 2). Scary, I'm sure he has "extra" muscles there that most people don't have at all...

    If you do lots and lots of miles, working as hard as you can whilst eating a good diet - then you'll either end up with Lance's legs or Wiggin's depending on your body type. Until you try you just don't know which way those legs will go -

    Thats just extremely low fat levels and all of his leg muscles being tensed really.

    Not many people in cycling use Lance as their pin up boy now though....
