Drive chain soak over night?

Is it ok to soak your chain and cassette in white spirit over night? Thought I might as well giver it a clean as it pi55in it down and will be all week
When i die I just hope the wife doesn't sell my stuff for what I told her I paid for it other wise someone will be getting a mega deal!!!

    Just make sure when you do lube it that you get your lube into the joints where it matters and not just all over the surfaces of the links.

    if you are dry it fully and soak it in lube as well.

    as it is harder to get lube into the chain once a degreaser has got in there.

    Anyhow, I like Epic Ride- White Lightening, it's not a dry lube, but it's not really a wet lube either. Seems to last me a while..
