Waterproof jacket with cap

Are there any waterproof jackets that came with a waterproof hat with a baseball cap like peak, to stop rain splashing onto my specs? Normally I wear a regular baseball cap but if I forgot to carry it, cycling in heavy rain is pretty difficult when my specs get wet.
