Hi all,

I'm thinking about buying a Commencal Meta AM framekit, but I'm not sure that it's the right frame for me. I mostly ride trail, not so much all mountain stuff.
Will this frame work for me or is it a bit too much for my type of riding?

It's probably a bit overkill but you'll have fun with it.

My enduro is too much bike for most of the riding I do, I'd probably be better off with a Stumpy or even the Camber. If I could go back in time and buy a Stumpy instead then I probably would, but I still enjoy riding it. Saying that though I recently bought a 29er hardtail for when I want to do longer, smoother xc type stuff.

How about the meta SL? Or is the AM a good deal?

Cheers guys, I've got a great deal on the Meta AM framekit which makes it harder for me to decide :)

Think I'll go with the kit and sell it if I'm not happy.

If you won't do any AM riding then you will just be riding a less efficient, heavier frame than you could be using. Get a frame to suit your riding not just the best deal weather it suits you or not.
Commencal give a pretty poor warranty as well, only 6 months where most other manufacturers give at least 2 years.
