Shameless plug to ask for donations, however small, for Cardiac Risk in the Young charity (CRY), via my sponsored page here; http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/seandonno
I am doing a cycle ride from Warton, Lancashire to Coningsby, Lincolnshire on 15th Sept 2012. 165 miles total distance and hoping to raise at least £200 for CRY http://www.c-r-y.org.uk/
I lost my son Martin in 2007 to Cardiomyopathy. He was only 20
To be able to help raise awareness of this charity by doing something I enjoy, in memory of my beloved son, I feel is an honour. So please if you can spare a little, no matter how small, I would be very grateful.
