Slimmest tyres on 622x19 rims?

Hi
I currently have schwabble big apple 2inch tyres on my 29er that I use for touring. I think I'd quite like to slim them down a bit to save weight and decrease resistant.
The numbers on the rims are 622x19. All the numbers get a bit confusing.
Anybody know what the narrowest tyre the rim would take?
Cheers

According to the Schwalbe Technical Information guide 19mm rims should take 28 to 47mm tyres.
My 18mm rims work well with 28mm Gatorskins

i actually tried it with an old road tyre, a 23. seemed to go on/ ride ok. looked a bit rediculous, ultra clearence around tyre.0
