Watching the tour on Eurosport SD and it seems every day the pictures are one second behind the commentary so David mentions a crash before it happens. I'm watching on Virgin Media in standard def, anyone else notice this ?

The best solution is to watch ITV. P&P will comment on the on screen action around 13 minutes after it's happened.

Watch German TV and they'll be talking about what happened a decade ago.

It's not that bad, especially at work, you hear Harmons shout and have a second to look at the iPad so you don't miss anything, unless an inconsiderate customer is on the phone of course!

Or tweet them the words "Lance Armstrong" and all you'll get is static.

I reckon they split the signal so the visuals are on a slight delay of about 1 second. The ideal is to have commentary spoken the exact same instant as the events are taking place, but doing that all afternoon, day after day, probably requires amazing stamina and concentration. The delay gets noticed when something genuinely exciting happens that quickens their reaction times.
