anyone seen the Madone with its dislocated down tube?

they call it the "isospeed decoupler" which basically means the seat tube is squished between rubbery stuff an the top tube to make it more comfy

it looks weird...i still want one though

You mean the Domane? Looks pretty practical yet sexy, probably make an ace commuter (for those with very deep pockets).

ive ridden it.

its not as good as its made out to be. not as comfortable as my 695

I want one too. But I thought is was on domane was the one with dislocated seat tube, have they done the same with the Madone as well?
I still like the look of the BMC though.

What is? Not quite as funny as the Spesh ad featuring Tom Boonen for the Roubaix SL4, almost claiming it smooths out the cobbles (yeah, right..).

it wasnt as smooth as i was expecting. it was no smoother than my 695 which is using the medium elastomer.

i guess, but the way the reviewers would have you believe its like riding on a bed of feathers. i didnt find it numbed any of the road buzz and more to the point it felt like riding a dutch bike with the position.
