Giant TCR Comp or Planet X Pro Carbon?

I am new to Road biking and looking for advice on the following bikes, especially on the components/spec.
I have read countless reveiws of both and I still don't really know which one is better on paper. I will of course test both, but opinions and your knowlegde would be appreciated.

Cards on the table.. I'm a big fan Giant, I have two TCR's. I find geometry forgiving when I get things wrong. The frame is the heart of your new bike, whilst a good level of components is desirable, it can be upgraded. Try and ride both machines if you can and see how they handle.One may suit better than the other. Both are great choices.Why tidy the house when you can clean your bike?0

Good advice there. There probably isn't a great deal in it and you will get a good number of people in either camp on here. What I would say is that Giant's 2013 stock is due in next month, so haggle hard with them if that's what you decide on. You should always get 10% off the list price, but you might get up to 20% if the bike is on the shop floor. They'll be quite keen to move them on right now.FCN 3 / 40
