I think it's just the way the paint has dried, but I'd appreciate a second opinion from the BR Massive.

I was going to get a new camera, I spent the money on a BMX instead........ with bad welds.

Take it back to Halfords.

Looks like it was welded by a blind man with a tremor I could do better and I am shit at welding. If I did that I would grind it out it and reweld doesnt look like it has penetrated properly looks like a tack not a proper weld.

Looks like they rushed on the overlap causing lack of penetration. Get it dirty and you won't notice.
