what size bottom bracket for GT Agg 2 frame

Hi just bought a GT agg 2 frame to do a build up, does anyone know what size bottom bracket I need? Everything down there is Alivio, 3 x 8 speed. I know it's a 68mm but what length will work best?? Cheers :?

    part number for the cranks? and what fitting Square taper or Octalink?
