Hi,
My company has just signed up to a cycle to work scheme. After reading though all the paperwork, small print etc I think for me its a good idea. so with that in mind I would like to buy a mountain bike around £500-£600 mark.
This gives me another problem, I don't know enough about the bits on the bike to know if it's any good or not.
I currently have a Scott Aspect 55 2005 bike, its ok but heavy.
I love the look of the Cube analog and plus the price fits nicely in what I want to spend but sadly stock is none existant for any of the stores I can use under the scheme.
So any suggestions on some bikes I should be looking at would be great. Oh I forgot to add I will be using the bike for a little road, some trials and a little cross country, so an allrounder
Cheers

about 1800 shops. travel is not a problem for the right bike too so far most shops i've looked at ate on the cyclescheme.co.uk site0

I'd take a look at the Decathlon Rockrider 8.1, little can beat the spec.
The Cube is heavier and has a poor fork.0
