NOBBY NIC evo problems

Hi All....
Just wondering if anybody has had a sidewall start to peel off ?
is it a common fault or maybe a one off.. !!! only had the bike like 5-6 weeks now would they be covered and be replaced do you think.
before I phone the shop.

looks like a manufacturing defect ive had nobby nic evo s on my bike for 6 months and used it in all kinds of terrain with no probs

I've got one with a real wonky portion of tread, too much to go on the front. Will have to go on the rear when it wears out.

to much pressure in the tyre making the rim cut in to the tyre?
