Rock Shox Recon settings

Hi all,
Quick question. Ive got a Rock Shox Recon front fork on my Cube Acid and was a wondering how I go about setting it up specific for me?
I rode it at hamsterley at the weekend on the Black and red trails and didn't notice anything particularly wrong with the current setup but I'm always looking for ways to improve my ride.
Is there a way of working out what it should be set at or is it just a case of trial and error?

what spring?
air coil?
set the sag to what you want 20-25% and the rebound to what works for the trail."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Have a look there. It's aimed at Fox suspension, but the principle is exactly the same, regardless of brands.
And of course, you may not have all the adjustments mentioned, in which case just skip those bits.0 -
Awesome thanks. The link in the other topic didn't work but I think I found the right page by a bit of clicking on the fox website.0
