Which one would you pick? I'm leaning towards the Scattante purely because of Di2. But the Scott looks unbelievably good.

Save the grand and get the Scott. Stiffer, lighter, better groupset. If you want Di2 that bad then sell the Red groupset and you'll have cash left over.

They are actually the same price. As the scott is in £ and the Scattante in $. The scattante is actually about £50 less after conversion.c

    I see.

I would still buy the Scott. 6.9kg of Red goodness beats Ultegra Di2 in my book. Now if it were a DA bike I would have to give it serious thought...

Have you managed to ride either? Comfort is quite important when parting with that much dosh.

I haven't unfortunately. The Scattante is sold exclusively by performance bikes, based only in the US. So i don't have access to any of their stores to try the bike in person. My local LBS stocks Scott bikes but i haven't seen the model in question in store. Might have to ask them about it.

They replaces the Addict with the Foil this year so may not be the easiest to find. From everything I've read the Addict is lighter and stiffer, but the Foil has all the nice new aero touches.

I think the Addict would be a better choice over the foil. Mainly as i live in a very hilly area, so having as light a bike as possible is definitely more important than aero for me.
