Swinscoe - Loughborough - Help

I'm camping at the weekend somewhere near Swinscoe in Derbyshire. I'm looking at riding back home (Loughborough) on Sunday. I'm ok from Derby, however I want to avoid the main A52. Can anyone advise on a decent route from Swinscoe to Derby?

Personally I’d miss out Derby altogether and go via Hilton, Willington and Melbourne.

To get to Derby though I’d drop down to
Ellastone then
Roston
Thurvaston
Cubley
Alkmonton
Longford (turn South just before if you’re going Hilton way)
Up Long Lane to:
Markeaton and around the back of the park to get into Derby
