Replacement cleats spd-sl

While out yesterday I found that my right foot didn't seem to be making a sound when clipping in so had a quick look at the coffee stop to find the yellow plastic had split and pushed up towards the sole of my shoe. moved it out of the way and all was fine but am guessing this means its time to find replacements.

Happy with the setup so don't need to know that look/speedplay/insertownbrand are better but just wondering....

are they fubar?

where is the best place to get replacements?
