    Bit of a bugger if you live locally and you get these gits coming and bagging all the segments. It's bad enough having the Ras de Cymru on your regular training routes.

    Top speed of 94kph on yesterdays stage? Ouch.

    Only 5th on one of those segments though, disgraceful.

    FaIr play to Ten Dam for doing this. Phinney and Pinotti are the only other riders I know of who post their race rides. Anyone know any more?

    I know from another team their riders would love to do it but they have a sponsor offering a similar product and so their riders can't be supporting a competitor.
