Pad inserts for Record 9 speed dual pivots

Hi,
Need some inserts for the above brakes, look similar to 10 speed gruppo brakes which are listed as 55mm pads. These have Campagnolo written in script and the pads seem to measure 50mm. Can anyone please point me in the right direction,

If they're standard Campag pads that slide in and out then the usual suspects will be Swiss Stop or Koolstop unless you just replace them with more Campag?
What calipers are they?0
