Nose Plugs
Hello,
Watching le tour de france prologue today I saw Cadel Evans warming up with bits of cotton wool up his nose. I also saw Chris Froome racing with them, although twitter says he just forgot to take them out for the race.
What are they used for?

Froome... jesus-wept... all you had to do was 'snort' and the things would have gone flying! Kinda defeats the purpose of opening up ones 'airways' if only to block them with cotton-wool!
Mind you... didn't seem to slow him down any!0 -
