Specialised Saddle Advice

I am looking to purchase the Specialised BG Romin evo expect saddle after reading some good reviews. Can anyone give me advice on size. It comes in 130mm, 143mm, 155mm - how do I know what is best for me?

    Don't know about the Romin but my new Roubaix came with their Body Geometry saddle with the pressure relief hole in the middle and it's amazing. Best saddle I've ever had.
