So after several false starts with wrong frames and the like, I've finally managed to complete my bike build. It was meant to be a training/winter bike and I still plan on buying something new this time next year for serious riding (haven't ridden road in a while so taking it slow). All in all I spent just under 1200 on the whole thing (thank you to all the BR members who were kind enough to sell me parts) and it weighs just under 7.5kg! The only things I can think of changing on this bike is possibly bars and cassette depending on comfort (and I have a new Selle Italia SLR coming in as the current one is off my XC). And yes, I will change the tyres to ones with a black sidewall as soon as I wear these out.

Frame: Pro-Lite Galileo 56cm
Forks: Pro-Lite Carbon
Bars: Giant 44cm

Rear Mech: Ultegra 6600

Chainset: Ultegra 6700 Compact

Took it for a 20 mile ride today. Wow... it's fast, especially compared to my old Trek 1500. I hit 39.2mph, but has I more balls I could see it running mid 40s with no problem. The frame is quite stiff, but I felt comfortable and in control the whole time.

Slam the stem, move the bars down - they are pointing upwards.

Apart from that, tres cool - very nice and black. Be really cool with black cranks and some deep rims in the spring/summer (if that ever arrives).

    Made a few changes:
    New Grey Ultegra rear mech
Specialized Carbon seatpost and Romin Evo Pro Carbon
Cinelli Neo Morphe Bars and Fizik tape
Michelin Pro 4 Tyres (the white is much better than the yellow)
    Plus I've lowered the bars.

Lovely bike, looks much better with the new tyres and rear mech. I'd be tempted to put black Elite Custom bottle cages on it now
