Garmin 200 - Cashback??

Has anybody submitted a claim for the Garmin cashback yet?
I filled in the form and it said successfully registered, but didn't get any email confirmation. At the bottom of the screen there is a link to track the claim. Only that screen asks for a username and password which I was never provided with.
I got an email from Garmin today saying they have yet to receive my correct bank details (i screen-shotted the reg page, and the details are correct other than the made up address because it is an internet only account) and to click on a secure link to enter them again using the username and password I was previously provided with, that link just takes me to the same screen!
I've replied that I ain't got no username or password. Did anybody else receive one?
