Cannondale CAAD10

This is my first road bike. Had limited budget at the beginning and couldn't afford a good carbon frame, so came the CAAD10.
I came from a 451 mini velo, so I spent quite a lot of km to get used to the geometry.
Changed the 440 wide bar to a 400 Ratio Tacto Carbon bar. Shimano 105 shifters are not the best ergo shape, so changed to SRAM Apex.
Got a real bargain SRAM S900 crankset and ditched the heavy FSA Gossamer. RS10 got swapped by Zonda, which is much stronger.
Lastly, the Merek full carbon saddle is trusted over the original Prologo Kappa saddle. That would be saved for selling my bike in the future.

Actually the original parts are good enough. The changes I've made are more of fitting than performance enhancing.
Fitting:
-Handlebar (440->400)
-Shorter stem (100->90)
-Saddle (using my old saddle better shaped for my butt)
-SRAM shifters (more rounding ergo shape than 105); has to change derailleurs also.
Performance:
-Compact chainring (53/39 -> 50/34, better for varying graded roads)
-Wheels and tires (more responsive than the original RS10 and Lugano)
-Tacx jockey wheels w/ ceramic bearings (cheap upgrade, less noise than original wheels)
-KMC X10SL chain (less noise than 105 chain)
All things considered, it might be better to get CAAD10-4 Rival at the beginning.
But I could find very cheap SRAM Apex parts to replace the 105 shifters and derailleurs. I've just spend around usd$20 to change. The chainring was also cheap from Chain Reaction Cycles.2015 Trek Domane 4.5 Disc

Wow! For a first bike thats amazing! I was recently in the market for a road bike, and I was thinking of a CAAD10 (the Dura-Ace), I ended up going for a Supersix Evo 1. How does the CAAD10 ride? My Evo is super comfortable, so it would be nice to compare notes.“Don’t buy upgrades, ride up grades.”

Comparing to carbon frame, the CAAD10 definitely feel harsh!
But when comparing to other aluminum frames, CAAD10 feels more composed and "cushioned".2015 Trek Domane 4.5 Disc
