Allez Elite 2011

This is my first road bike. I got it in March from Evans, and paid the princely sum of £700. I bought it on the strength of the frame which I may upgrade in time. The only upgrade so far are the Fulcrum 7's with Pro 3's, and changing to a larger 27T cassette (weak!)
Doing my first club run on her tomorrow.

Nice, I like the red and white, a bit different than those stealth bikes that keep popping up! Good choice on the wheelset and good luck on the club run.Road - http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=12777154&p=16943702#p16943702

Thanks for the comments. I love red, my mtb is red as is my car. What's your experience of R7's? I got them because the cxp22 had rough old hubs, and went out of true a lot. The R7's don't feel lighter but they are much high quality from what I can tell.Madone 4.9 2014

I like the R7's, i've got them on my Bianchi after the stock Ambrosio ones went a few months back. Like you weight wise i'm not sure what the difference is but I think they look a lot nicer, they're a decent pair of commuting/training wheels and always get good reviews. They also let you know when you're being lazy with the freehub so I find them a good training partner to keep you pedalling!Road - http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=12777154&p=16943702#p16943702

Due to a knee injury, it didn't get the beating it deserved last summer. Had a BG Fit done which was incredible, and the best money I have spent yet. Bar tape changed, SL-K seat post, Specilialized Avatar saddle all added in the past couple of months. Stem and spacers will be going black in due course.
