    If it stops you riding its not good some people get bad allergic reactions to stuff like Bracken and nettles.

    I get this sometimes but i usuall find a beer resolves the worst of the problem. I take it orally, usually within 2-3 hours of the end of the ride, sooner if possible.

    I find it best taken mid ride we often plan a route that takes in a pub just in case.
