What's wrong with the brakes? Do you have a hard or spongy lever feel? Are the pads/rotor contaminated?0

the levers solid but bike doesnt stop if i full on grap the lever nothing happens it just glides to a stop gradually
ive ordered a set o pads anyway.
whats the best thing to do clean rotor too with brake cleaner ?0 -
yeah sounds like they're contaminated, bin the pads and clean the rotor. Use a fresh rag until you wipe it and it comes away clean, not black.0

Use isopropyl alcohol on the rotor.I don't do smileys.

well fitted pads this morning and still seems same0

did you clean the rotor? Otherwise you've just contaminated a new set of pads.0

yes cleaned disc0

What weight are you? I can't think of any problems except contamination. But did you properly bed the pads in? 20 or so hard stops to heat the pads up.0
