Theft: Bolton Arena 26/6/12 12:06pm Carrera Subway 2

I've had 3 months out of this bike, the shortest ever. It's my third bike theft in a year.

Though the location was good, in view of reception and four cameras in the vicinity. I use the thickest Kryptonite cable but I hadn't brought my d-lock that day because it weighs so much, normally just use it in high risk areas.

Theft caught on CCTV so I hope the police get some leads.

Any information gratefully received.
FCN=10 Carrera Subway II with touring kit = rack, 2x Panniers and a bottle.
No car, just a bike for everything 100+ miles / week. Commute daily Chorlton-Manchester or Chorlton-Horwich

    No info from police, I expect no more.

    Bought an identical replacement bike this morning so I'm happy again and upgraded from sold secure silver to gold lock this time.

    Hi there, I've had similar situation last week Wednesday, someone broke into my garden stole bike same carrera subway 2, great bike I will for sure miss it, without contacting police I've done some research within area that I live and maybe soon I'll get those bastards, and I will question them 'my way' if they know anything about your situation.
    Bolton starts to be a bad place to keep own property safe, even my area which is so advanced with cctv system, and with main police office just opposite my street, junkies are still acting like innocent without any stress stealing, fighting and drug dealing because there will be no consequences. I hope that every lad that lost bike will take case into own hands, and give thefts a lesson.
