Fox float 120 RL

Just been setting up a Fox F120 RL Fork. On the top of the right leg, there is a blue adjuster that is for the lockout. If you turn this part way, does it increase the compression damping slightly, like on the rockshox forks i'm used to, or is the compression damping just on/off on these forks?

Does the rebound adjust not achieve what you want it to do?

You can adjust rebound on the FIT RL as well.

Have Rebas on the girlfriend's bike. They're pretty good too. Not sure I ride enough to be able to use all the adjustments anyway.
