The Vulcan is second hand so you will have no warranty and no way of seeing if it fits. That said, you probably wouldn't with the Tyax too.

I'd visit Halfords and look at the Sale bikes such as the Voodoo Bantu and Carrera Centos.
  • many thanks but i cannot budge on a budget of £300. Tight I know but really looking at squeezing the best bike for my money.

Have looked at Halfords but most are £350 plus

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The eBay ad says the bike was bought on 1st April this year, if that is the case it would still be covered by the warranty. You just need to check with the buyer that they still have the warranty certificate. As far as fit goes, you could always pop into Halfords to try one for size.

Warranty is generally with the original purchaser only.

It's ok, but the same comments as above apply.

    Have a look at this:

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Python-Ul ... 27c26c1b45
  • Just looked at the python and the spec is good for the price range , just a bit concerned that I cannot find reviews anywhere and no major shops stock them.

Anyone have any experience of them

That's because it's a generic frame with bits hung off it. Bit usable bits. Not the sort of thing normally reviewed.
